Everyone will be blogging about Microsoft taking a stake in Facebook and the implied $15 billion valuation. Don't the Facebook owners realize that they're never going to be able to exit for less than that absurd multiple? Talk about burning the ships. If 2 years from know they have an amazing, barn-burning IPO that values the commpany at $14.5 billion it will be considered...a disappointment.
