Upcoming.org, the collaborative calendar company thingy, has added iCal calendars. This means (if you have a mac), you can click on this link:
webcal://upcoming.org/calendar/metro/11"
...and have all the Upcoming NY-based events added to your iCal calendar automatically. You can then set iCal to update on a regular schedule. Very neat.
